Refund Policy
- As per NCG’s Refund Policy, refund request has to be raised within 9 days of purchase of course.
- Any refund request beyond 9days of purchasing the course will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- In case NCG cancels an event, 100% of course fees will be refunded to the delegate if the refund raise request is within 14 days of purchase of course.
- But any expenses related to logistics, travel, accommodation etc incurred by participants will not be refunded.

- NCG reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
- Please Note: The processing time for all the Refunds will be within 14 working days after the refund request is approved by NCG.
Rescheduling Policy
- Generally, NCG has no history of any re-scheduling of the training programs. But it is understood that there might be some unforeseen circumstances which are possible in life.
- In case NCG reschedules any training program, 100% refund will be offered with no questions asked.
- However, every attempt will be made to accommodate the participant in the next best schedule possible.
- In case a registered participant reschedules any program, he can join the session of his choice in future or if he want to have a refund the it will be processed as per our refund policy. But the rescheduling request has to be send atleast 4 days prior. Also, rescheduling will be subject to availability of seats.
